Phase 1: Gather Interest

We’re currently in the discovery stage—listening to tech manufacturing workers about what they want in a union and gauging overall interest through this website.

Phase 2: Organizing Committee

Once enough interest is gathered, we’ll form a committee of workers committed to helping organize and lead efforts across companies and roles. Here we'll decide if we want to form an independent union or join a union organization.

Phase 3: Formalization

This phase includes drafting the union’s constitution, selecting leadership, and working with labor lawyers to ensure legal compliance.

Phase 4: Recognition & Bargaining

The final phase is to gain formal recognition from employers and begin collective bargaining negotiations to secure a contract.
